TREWOODLOE - A MODEST AND TRADITIONAL MINER'S COTTAGE WHICH PACKS A BIG PUNCH!

Grade II listed, Trewoodloe is the most lovely cottage, set in an idyllic valley with streams, woods and river all accessible from the front door.... wind your way through the orchard to the lakes with ducks, newts, frogs and herons and on to the river bank where the kingfisher perches and the buzzard watches...

Trewoodloe has a well equipped kitchen, a sitting/dining room with wood burner and traditional polished flagstone floor, a newly fitted bathroom with  a "P" Shaped shower bath and a gallery bedroom which has a double bed and a single bed - perfect for a couple and one child.

The sitting/dining room leads out into the private garden. Original flagstones on the floor make this a very dog and child friendly cottage, a fabulous view over the meadows makes mealtimes memorable.

The wood burner and candles make the sitting room a warm and cosy place to sit and relax in the evening - a large T.V., an iPod docking station plus free wi fi will ensure you are fully entertained!

The bathroom has a full sized "P" shaped bath with glass shower screen and electric shower. Also a fantastic view over the meadows towards the river.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a halogen hob, oven, microwave and small fridge/freezer.

Spacious and airy, the gallery bedroom has a double bed and a single bed plus room for a travel cot, so easily caters for a small family.

The view of Trewoodloe from the stream, showing the orchard and private enclosed  garden...in excess of 3 acres to explore and enjoy....
